1. Our 5-Day Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you change your mind within 5 days of receiving your item, you can request a return.

2. Eligibility for Return

8. Exchanges Process

If you're looking to exchange an item, the quickest way is to initiate a return for the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

9. Special for EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. The same conditions apply as mentioned earlier.

10. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it might take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
